Company Places in Top Quarter of Enterprise Technology Competitors; Judging Based on Strength of Market Opportunity, Product and Go-to-Market Strategy

Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA - Jul 27, 2005 – Kapow Technologies announced today that it competed in the CEO Pitch Program during the AO2005 Innovation Summit, the premier Silicon Valley conference focusing on technology innovation and early-stage startup companies.

Kapow Technologies is one of 35 private consumer and enterprise technology companies chosen by AlwaysOn editorial staff and the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab (VLAB) to present its corporate strategy to a panel of judges and an audience of corporate development officers, investors, and members of the press. Of all the enterprise technology companies that participated, Kapow Technologies was ranked in the top quarter.

"The CEO Pitch is an open forum where companies can unveil their go-to-market strategies," said Tony Perkins, founder and editor of AlwaysOn. "Following in the tradition of AlwaysOn, companies are able to obtain unique insights from leading industry insiders, meet their peers and partners, and gain the attention of the venture capital and press communities."

"It's quite validating not only to be invited to participate in the AlwaysOn CEO Pitch, but also to receive accolades for our product vision and our ability to execute in the marketplace," said Stefan Andreasen, founder and CEO of Kapow Technologies. "The judges and audience were particularly impressed with our ability to deploy 100 well-known enterprise customers across Europe and the United States, as well as our many significant strategic partnerships with major software vendors secured in less than two years. Ultimately, this says a lot about the value that only Kapow Technologies delivers in category of Web Integration."
